With an advanced machine park, we are able to precisely machine profiles with lengths of up to 6 metres and with cross-sections from 20 mm to 220 mm. We use the latest generation of modern laser technology, which guarantees:
- Impeccable edge quality – thanks to the laser's focused beam, a perfectly smooth, burr-free finish is achieved, eliminating the need for time-consuming lapping or additional sanding.
- Repeatability with an accuracy of ± 0.1 mm – the automatic profile positioning system and CNC numerical control ensure identical results with both individual prototypes and series production.
- Wide range of materials that can be processed – structural steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper or brass, with thicknesses from 1 mm to 12 mm.

An advanced profile feed system enables rapid part changes, while intelligent software optimises cutting paths, reducing lead times and minimising material wastage.
In addition, thanks to our integration with online measurement systems, we monitor key process parameters in real time, allowing any deviations to be corrected immediately.

- Technical consulting – analysis of the customer's drawing and selection of the optimal laser parameters.
- Preparation of production documentation – generation of CNC programmes.
- Test processing – production of a test piece with verification of dimensions and surface quality.
